Interesting to see these beautiful pics from Al Ain, in your galleries that I’m currently browsing! I never knew it looked so fascinating! I visited several time for short hotel stays as a flight attendant some 7-8 years ago (yikes, is it that long!) and what I saw didn’t really make a lasting impression. Dirt, flies, women swimming in everything they owned because they weren’t allowed to take it off at the hotel pool, and intensely staring eyes while eating lunch at the mall clad in jeans and long sleeves despite 40C. But at the same time, I’ve always been aware that you can’t expect to see a place on short business trips! We also weren’t allowed to venture very far since we needed to be available. So I’m happy to have found your blog so that I can finally explore that little desert town better!! Absolutely beautiful photos!! Wish I could go back.
Wow, it is like you are describing a different place. The local women still go to the beach (and swim) in their abayas, but I guess a lot has changed in the time you’ve last been here. Al Ain is a lovely city to live in. A bit like a country town compared to Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Far less sleek and flashy, which is just the way I like it. It is always good to remember that the UAE is a wonderful place to visit if you want to escape a snowy winter! 😉
how can i go there? if you know the way of this place so please let me know . thank you

Sounds good, I really should go back! And take my hubby, this time 🙂 The architecture seems really interesting, too
It would be great to see for yourself how things have changed.
